Anna Maria Island

Like its name infers, Anna Maria is surrounded by water. From the Gulf of Mexico to the west, Tampa Bay and Anna Maria Sound to the east and Sarasota Bay to the south, the village’s enormous appeal is thanks mainly to its friendly, easy-going inhabitants and laid-back tropical lifestyle. Anna Maria is one of three small villages located on Anna Maria Island. Anna Maria is an “Old Florida” beach resort that families love to visit year after year.

Bird Key Sporting deep water canals, its own private yacht club and spectacular bayfront homes—many with their own deep-water dockage—to call Bird Key a boater’s paradise is an understatement. Bird Key is all this, and much more. Bird Key also offers residents an unparalleled location – central to all the attractions that make Sarasota so sublime. Within minutes, you are in Downtown, St. Armand’s Circle, Lido Beach, or Longboat Key.

Today’s Bird Key is a fashionable island neighborhood with sparkling vistas that begin at sunrise and end with blazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. At night, the expansive Sarasota skyline glistens to life across a shimmering expanse of Sarasota Bay.
